Christian Child Development Center
Open Arms Christian Child Development Center is a non-profit ministry of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, providing a childcare program of the highest quality designed to meet the needs of concerned working parents. At Open Arms, each child is guided to develop his or her potential in every aspect of life within the sheltering and nurturing relationships of Christian love. We are committed to helping each child grow spiritually, physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
Preschool Registration Is Open
It's time for us to start enrolling for our 2024 - 2025 school year for our Pre-K 3's and 4's! Registration is open to existing students as well as new students.
Open Arms Classes
Open Arms currently offers the following classes:
Full Day Care
Full day care is available for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old with age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum.
Half Day Preschool Classes
For children ages 3 through 5, we offer half-day preschool options. From 9am – noon, yearly; September – May.
Before and After School Care
We provide before and after-school care and transportation for children attending these schools (Westview, Cleveland, Polenta, and West Clayton).
Teacher Workdays and School Break Care
Open Arms provides care on teacher workdays and during school breaks for all children in kindergarten through 5th grade.
Summer Camp
Summer Camp is designed for rising 1st graders – through rising 5th graders. Our summer camps include weekly themes, planned activities, and field trips.
